Peter Neisius

Peter Neisius, Chairman of the cundus Executive Board, is responsible for the Personnel Service Devision and for the consulting business.
In 1982, Peter Neisius started his professional career in the technical division of a chemicals company after studying mathematics.
Following his role as plant manager, he worked as the head of the department of materials management, data processing, and organization until cundus was founded.
Gotthard Tischner

Gotthard Tischner is the member of the Executive Board who is responsible for finance, controlling, internal services and technology.
After studying electrical and mechanical engineering, Gotthard Tischner joined an innovative company active in the planning and automation of industrial processes in 1990.
He was in charge of project implementation and the development of the application development, process control, and networking technology areas - first as a partner and later as the managing director.
Barbara Lix

Barbara Lix is the cundus AG board member who is responsible for the sales of all items in our products and services portfolios.
After studying economics, Mrs. Lix was in charge of international account management, professional services, and management consulting at Software AG, Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG, and Siebel Informationssysteme GmbH among other companies.
Later on, she was nationally and internationally engaged as a strategy consultant for professional service, sales, and marketing management and for IT trends and strategy until she joined cundus AG.

Prof. Dr. Peter Chamoni

After studying mathematics, economics, physics, and electrical engineering (Dipl.-Math.) Peter Chamoni earned a PhD (Dr. rer. oec.) at Ruhr-University Bochum, where he also completed his postdoctoral lecture qualification on "Decision Support Systems and Databases" in 1995.
Subsequently, he became head of the Business Informatics and OR department of the University of Duisburg-Essen.
His working areas at the university are the development of management support systems and the optimization of business processes. Besides teaching and research, work on practical projects plays an important role for him.
Klaus Kreplin

On completion of his computer science studies at the University of Karlsruhe, Klaus Kreplin spent the initial years of his professional career in industrial research in the fields of information retrieval, workflow and user interfaces. He then assumed management functions in product development which included heading the middleware product unit at Software AG and heading the SAP NetWeaver product unit at SAP AG. Until his retirement in 2008, he was a Corporate Officer and Member of the Extended Executive Board of SAP AG. During his time at SAP, he designed the SAP Business Warehouse and achieved broad market acceptance for the SAP Business Intelligence solution.
Beatrice König-Stölzel

After completing her MBA as an "Auditor" at the University of Hamburg, Beatrice König-Stölzel began her career in finance and auditing at Mars Inc. in 1984.
Her subsequent positions included CFO at Brita Wasserfiltersysteme GmbH, Teraklin AG and Vaillant GmbH where she was responsible for the finance, human resources, legal, and IT departments.
Since 2008, she has been an independent consultant (CFO and Business Development Manager) and oversees projects in well-known companies in the manufacturing, IT and healthcare industries.
cundus Switzerland AG, Switzerland:
Selim Oral

Selim Oral, Managing Director of cundus Switzerland AG, has around twelve years of experience as an IT consultant and manager within the Swiss BI market.
Initially, he took on a leadership role as data warehousing manager at Arthur Andersen and later he was responsible for the development and management of the BI division as a member of the Executive Committee at Mummert Consulting/Exsigno.
cundus Inc., USA and Canada:
Jon Church

Jon Church is responsible for cundus operations in the Americas. His expertise includes international business development, sales, and leadership of dynamic organizations that leverage information technology to improve business performance. Mr. Church studied Computer Science at the University of Denver, and started his career at Software AG where he launched the Professional Services organization and later founded INSIGHT Consulting. He spent 13 years with Enterworks during which time he became COO and was responsible for significant international expansion, profitabilty and customer satisfaction.

Management Director of cundus Ltd. is Barbara Lix, also member of the Executive Board.
