Dr. Maciej Piechocki was elected into the executive board of XBRL Germany
Dr. Maciej Piechocki, Director Disclosure Management and XBRL at the cundus AG, has been elected into the executive Board of XBRL Germany. The association XBRL Germany e.V., with many top-class members, has the goal to establish XBRL as a standard on behalf of unifying the reporting standards for finance and company information.
The executive board gets elected for two years by a general meeting.
Maciej Piechocki holds a PhD in Economics (dr. rer. pol.) with major in Management Information Systems from Freiberg University of Technology in Germany and his doctoral dissertation covered the area of “XBRL Financial Reporting Supply Chain Architecture”.
On behalf of cundus he held a speech on the 23rd XBRL International Conference in Montreal titled „IFRS3. Reporting with the IFRS Taxonomy in SAP BO Disclosure Management”.
